The Clarity Current
A data-informed engagement assessment that helps organizations understand what's working, what's getting in the way, and where to focus next.
Built for teams that are already doing the work but don't have the capacity to step back, connect the data and feedback, and determine what deserves attention next.
A conversation first. No presentation or prep required.
A short note from Laura
A brief intro video will sit here, sharing why The Clarity Current exists and what working together feels like.
The First Step
This conversation is for teams that already have engagement programs, data, employee feedback, and internal expertise, but need more space or outside perspective to connect the pieces and determine what deserves attention next.
We'll talk about what prompted you to look for support, what your team already knows, where the unanswered questions are, and what you would want to understand more clearly before making another investment or change.
If The Clarity Current seems like a strong fit, we'll talk openly about what working together could look like, including likely scope, timing, and what Laura would need to understand before recommending next steps. If it isn't the right fit, she'll be straightforward about that too.
The Situation
You already have engagement programs. You probably have participation data, survey results, employee feedback, dashboards, reports, and people inside the organization who know the work deeply.
But those pieces are often disconnected.
Participation is strong in some areas and weak in others, and you're not completely sure why.
Leadership is asking whether the programs you're investing in are actually working.
Your team has ideas about what could be better, but day-to-day execution keeps pushing deeper analysis down the list.
You want to understand where your organization stands compared with relevant peers, what others are doing differently, and which practices are actually worth exploring in your own context.
You suspect the answer may not be another program. You need clarity on what to keep, strengthen, simplify, stop, or add.
The Clarity Current was built for that moment.
The Offer
The Clarity Current creates dedicated capacity to bring together the data, employee experience, program-team knowledge, leadership perspective, and relevant market context so you can understand what is actually happening before deciding what should change.
The goal is not to prove that something is wrong. It is to understand what is working, what is getting in the way, what the evidence does and does not tell you, and what deserves attention next.
Use the data, surveys, feedback, and program information you already have before asking people for more.
Understand both the people participating and the people carrying the work.
See how your approach compares with relevant peers without copying someone else's solution.
Turn what you learn into priorities your organization can realistically implement and sustain.
Data tells us what is happening. People help us understand why. Market context gives us perspective. Together, they create a clearer path forward.

Why Laura
Before founding Tiny Ripples Consulting, Laura spent more than 15 years working across finance, strategy, and employee engagement. So, yes, it's been a busy 15 years.
She also spent 11 years inside a large corporate organization, and knows what it feels like to see questions worth exploring while deadlines, leadership requests, programs, and day-to-day execution keep moving anyway.
That experience shapes The Clarity Current. Laura is interested in what the data is showing, but also in the experience behind it: what people are navigating, what teams have already tried, and what an organization can realistically sustain.
This is not about coming in to tell your team everything it has been doing wrong. Your team knows the history, the programs, the stakeholders, and the realities of the work in ways an outside consultant cannot know without listening.
What Tiny Ripples brings is dedicated capacity, fresh perspective, structured analysis, and enough distance from the day-to-day work to ask questions that may be harder to see when you're living inside it.
New business. Deep experience.
The Process
The engagement runs over roughly eight weeks and starts with what your team already has, not a brand-new process dropped on top of the work.
Tiny Ripples reviews available participation and program data, survey results, employee feedback, existing reporting, program materials, and relevant historical information. The goal is to understand what is happening, where differences appear, what the evidence already explains, and what still needs context.
You receive: Current-state analysis, initial participation and segmentation findings, survey and feedback synthesis, and research questions for deeper exploration.
Tiny Ripples listens to the people carrying the work, brings in relevant leadership and employee perspectives where needed, and researches 3–5 relevant peer organizations. This phase looks for alignment, contradictions, barriers, market context, and areas that deserve attention.
You receive: Listening themes, peer and market context, emerging opportunity areas, and a collaborative sensemaking session.
Tiny Ripples turns the evidence into direction, identifying what should be kept, strengthened, simplified, stopped, or added. Priorities are shaped around impact, evidence, ownership, capacity, leadership support, sequencing, and measurement.
You receive: Executive Findings Brief, Comprehensive Findings & Roadmap, 3–5 strategic priorities, implementation and measurement recommendations, and an executive readout.
The Outcome
A clearer picture of what's actually happening across participation, employee experience, program operations, and leadership expectations.
A better understanding of where engagement is strong, where it is breaking down, and where the evidence is incomplete.
A view of how your organization compares with relevant peers.
A stronger understanding of what your data can and cannot tell you.
Insight into where employee, program-owner, and leadership perspectives align or differ.
3–5 evidence-based strategic priorities.
Clear guidance on what to keep, strengthen, simplify, stop, or add.
A practical implementation and measurement roadmap.
You leave knowing what deserves attention, why it matters, and what your organization can realistically carry forward.
The Clarity Current is not built on the assumption that your internal team lacks expertise. It is built on the reality that the people closest to the work are often the same people responsible for keeping it moving.
Outside support can create protected capacity, structured analysis, and enough distance to connect patterns that are hard to see from inside the daily rhythm.
Your team brings the context. Tiny Ripples brings the capacity.
You already have engagement programs, data, feedback, or reporting in place.
You need a clearer picture before making another investment, program change, or strategic decision.
You want recommendations that respect your team's capacity, context, and implementation reality.
You value both quantitative evidence and human experience.
You already know exactly what you want to implement and only need execution support.
You are looking for a predetermined solution without discovery, listening, or internal participation.
You need a full enterprise technology or data-system redesign.
You want guaranteed participation, engagement, retention, or financial outcomes.
We'll talk about what is happening in your organization, what you are trying to understand, and whether The Clarity Current makes sense for where you are right now.
If there is a fit, we'll talk about what working together could look like. If there is not, you will still leave with a clearer sense of whether this is the right kind of support for your team.
No prep work required. Come with what you know.
